Balnis Family: December 2010

I just love everything thing about this time of year!! It's so much fun. This year is even more exctiing with having Grace!!! She has started taking some steps. Not walking exactly but she goes from the table to the couch very often!! It's so Exciting!!!! Can't wait until she starts running around (at least that's what i say now) She has also started getting some of her molars. She has the 2 up top that have broke through and the ones on the bottom are so close...needless to say she has been a bit crabby!

11 MONTHS old :))

Our lives have been INSANE to say the least. Between christmas shopping, christmas baking and raising an 11 onth old things are crazy. Some of my high school friends are back in town too...so exciting to see them. I got to see Melissa my friend who is pregnant and due the end of February..she looks absolutly adorable. Can't wait to meet Baby Ellie Rose!!

My mom and I have been making tons and ton of cookies!! Each year we make more and more and give them out as presents! It's so much fun and such a great gift to give people! We have made over 20 different cookies...!! Next year were thinking of possibly selling them to people. So many people have showed in interest in buying them for family and friends it might be a fun way to make some extra christmas money!!!

In addition to all the crazy christmas activities, I have also really started getting into my photography again. I went to a summer intensive program many years ago in Montana and really, really loved it and had such a great time doing it. When I moved to Colorado I assisted with a Wedding photographer and did many weddings and photographed a ton of children with her. When I moved back to East Hampton I got so over whelmed with having to work and establish a life here that I never had time to take photos. Since having Grace im taking tons and tons of photos of her and people started showing an interest again!!!! I have booked quite a few jobs and Im hoping after the holidays I can really get things going with it!!!
